Ok Jurgen sort it. That half’s gone, go and with the second half 3-0.

At this rate we might swap hendo and trent around, rb & rcm/10
Whats different in Wijnaldum offered a bit of physicality when he pressed and went forward and he mixed it well in midfield. Thiago is basically there to keep passing and its the passing thats slowing us down.. Playing with a false 9 also causes us to over play..

I think Gini was a better 10 option breaking from midfield, decent shot and header of the ball.

Fulham have had quite an indifferent preseason based in Spain and portugal but seem fitter and better prepared

Actually think he was aiming to get it to Firmino and he just got it all wrong, but it's hard to be absolutely certain.

Pretty poor half overall it has to be said. If we are to have poor halves of football (which we can't afford to happen too often really) then you want to have them against sides that aren't Man City, Tottenham, Chelsea etc as we would be punished worse than this and the game could be out of sight.

As it is, hit the reset button at half-time. Treat the second half as a 45-minute football match that we have to win 2-0 or better. See where we are.

Have to show much more. Points matter more than performances at this stage, but we can't be piss-poor.

Glad we have a match at Anfield soon and a match against Man United soon after - hopefully find some of our venom rather than whatever that half was.

We have less goal scorers in the 11 now that Mane as left.. If Salah has a poorish season. I don't know where the goals are going to come from . we are expecting too much from Nunez . If Firmino stays on he needs to score. But he'll be to busy over on the left or picking up the ball in the midfield.

Shouldn't make for a good reading for Trent that he's been the defender against whom the last goal against us to end the season last season was scored to lose the Champions League, and again to be the same culprit to open this season against whom the first one we've conceded this season has been scored.

This one was a little bit less his fault and more of an overall team breakdown, but he still could have done better blocking Mitrovic out and denying him the space to get up to get that header.
