Match Thread: Man Utd v Liverpool

Nothing like our strongest match day squad, so fingers crossed ….

    Liverpool XI:
    Alisson,
    TAA, Gomez, Van Dijk, Robertson,
    Elliott, Henderson, Milner,
    Salah, Firmino, Diaz.

Subs: Adrian, Davies, Carvalho, Bajcetic, Van den Berg, Fabinho, Tsmikas, Clark, Phillips

Wonder whether Utd’s or Liverpool’s fans are most nervous about this one..

Hopefully, we will play much better than we have so far but I'm worried about the midfield.

    Good man miller.

Hopefully we can outwork them in the middle - it's a big pitch.

Interesting that ten Hag gave Bruno Fernandez's the armband for the night - perhaps trying to light a fire under his arse.

Would absolutely love to score first as Man United have the capacity to wilt under that pressure.

We desperately need to start taking more of our chances. Our chance conversion rate is poor.

Given their results, they've very little expectations. Think they'd take a draw like a win tbh.

Jeez Louise, I do hope Joe has a good game.

“Joel now, that was strange as well,” Klopp told reporters as he reflected on Liverpool’s injury list.

“How it happened, he didn’t feel anything in training, walked in then said ‘yeah, there is something’ and then out for, I don’t know, three weeks, four weeks, whatever.”
