Why? when a goal keeper was stationed in the centre. They had fk all time to react to balls going close to corners. Now they guess the right way they have more chance of reaching it because they are already moving.

Im discussing when they weren't allowed to move. They can come off the line if their feet is touching the line when the penalty is taken
