    Dear Ianlfc,
It would be good if yourself, and others, could offer some explanation, albeit short, as to why they personally think such and such a person bears any credibility.
It would add, going forward, to their own credibility as a good news source, or vice versa.

Apart from that one time he upset the good people of San Diego, when he speaks you know it's the truth.

Ian Hislop, editor of Private Eye. Every time I see him, he makes sense.

There's too much confusion, I can't get no relief

    much appreciated btw, thanks.
I've viewed quite a bit of stuff on the forum - e.g. covid-based stuff/vaccines, Russell Brand & others.
Be nice to see news that isn't "mainstream" and potentially "inaccurate".
Don't think you can get unbiased news on the grander scale. Best to think of consuming a load of biased news and then trying to assess it for yourself.

Way I see it there's a new paradigm in politics and as such news.

In brexit 70% tory plus 30% left voted for brexit and similarly opposite for remain. The left brexit voting group largely old school labour voters and corbyn aligned.
This has been dubbed the new right, anti-imperial left wingers joining up to a certain extent with better, or more deeply informed righties.

Jimmy Dore is like Russell brand but sticks the boot in a bit more.
For a better understanding of geopolitics I'd suggest the Duran who would be Trump aligned over all manner of dnc/rnc politics. Though they would have been favourable to Corbyn as an antiwar man, and an antiEU man do he failed to lead on the matter.
There's still a lot of snobbiness based on party politics so the mergers of new parties, like brexit and remain parties have been hampered.
In Italy, a far left & right coalition formed, but it fell due to the far left.
They are too cosy with centrism as it is majority left wing culture and they'd rather keep that trait than a more right wing culture which would produce a more equitable world in reality.
As HLOGI pointed to Meloni of Italys far right, shes acutely aware that to keep Italy Italian they need Africa to develop even faster than it already is developing.

In general, I think its best to pick a topic, or subject and examine it yourself. Listening to as many voices as possible. The kill whitey studies i discovered through Sam Harris for example, a man who i wouldnt agree with in the main.
When you do this, you can become more informed than those who sort of militantly back their position and dismiss criticism.
Then when you've done some work of this nature you can see how poor the quality of politics and news truly are.

A good example, I'd suggest is thegreennewdeal, where AOC etc talk about cows, cowfarts. Here's a typical article discussing cows.
    https://www.globalcitizen.org/en/content/5-reasons-cow-farts-matter-and-could-destroy-the-w/
You can see it has persuasive power.

Here's a video from Allen Savoury.
    https://youtu.be/vpTHi7O66pI
I've followed this up and I'd suggest Savoury is the more credible take for sure.
For all the gas, cows lut out a hell of a lot of shit, and that shit is integral in developing top soil.
Presently cars aren't storing carbon in any manner similar to cows. Cows are a net positive as they keep adding to top soil, where the EU incentivised underproduction of food, and cattle through payments. We see top soil erode and dissipate.

Anyway if you read the article and look at that video, then explore some more, let me know what you think.

Savourys methods don't exclusively revolve around using cows, sheep are also used, as could any large herd pack of grass eaters.
Cows however are quite impressive with respect to how much grass they can eat.

It's a fascinating talk, and digging a little deeper it is incredible how it works with such ease.
The restoring wolves to yellow stone Park that's been documented, has had similar effects and for the same reason essentially.

Well, he was the first to report that the Human Torch was rejected for a bank loan and that an arsonist had strangely-shaped feet. He also knew that milk was a bad choice in hot weather.
