So we lost the penalty shootout.
Overall we were pretty solid in the game.
Nunez had a sort of comedy penalty in the shootout, but during the actual match he was effective. I think he got stick on here for his performances for Uruguay, but in their aging team he was very isolated and whenever he had the ball he was surrounded by opposition defenders. With Liverpool there are always options for him, movement and space.
Keita did nothing to convince me he should make any more starts for liverpool.
Bajcetic looking good, How old is he 18? I would not be anxious about him in big high profile games.
Harvey Elliot looking creative and energetic, and maybe a bit more physically robust.
I wonder if Ben Doak will get some cameo minutes in the prem this year.?
