Indeed - I don't actually think we're on the verge of finding the rhythm we hope for sadly - it would just be the absolute perfect time to do so.

Really good game at Villa, great energy from both sides.
    H/T Villa 1-0 Leeds
Though just how Leeds haven’t scored I have absolutely no idea.

They both look in better shape than us at this moment in time

    They do.

VAR overturns the assistant’s flag, tighter than a duck’s chuff that call.

I know we keep going back to it over and over and over again. but we need bodies in midfield. you can't keep playing the same players for 2/3 years nonstop and expect everything to go ok. You could rest 2 midfielders for games here and there. IF we had others too come in.

Bamford comes on and slams in a deserved goal for Leeds. They have been impressive this evening.

    Villa 2-1 Leeds
    Five left plus stoppage time.

Wonder if Fulham (4 wins on the spin) could nick a draw or even a win against Newcastle - who have drawn their last 2 after a winning streak.

It's so frustrating to be as inconsistent as we are on a weekend such as this.

There's a very real possibility that Man United, Tottenham and Newcastle could ALL drop points and I regrettably don't see us capitalising on it.

Fingers and toes tightly crossed mind.

Grealish heads City in front at the Manc derby in the second half. Their first shot on target.

Utd had the better chances in the first half, City failing to register an effort on target in the first half for the second consecutive game.
City better in the second half and have taken the lead with a Jack Grealish header.

    Utd 0-1 City

Utd equaliser. On the right side of a decision that could have gone the other way of course.
