Your team v Wolves (FA Cup, 3rd Round, replay)

    .........................Kelleher

    Ramsay....Gomez.....Phillips...Tsimikas

    .......................Bajcetic

    .......Dixon-Bonner........Jones

    ....Carvalho...........Doak.......Gakpo

Was unable to watch the game - sadly sounds like we were an absolute shit-show.

    Did you indeed.

That's very interesting, considering that -

    1. It isn't a race
    2. How badly you throw the baby out of the bath-water about me putting these threads up "too quickly" and hurl scathing comments in the process.

Sounds a bit like hypocrisy to me there.

Going back to your team selection. Wolves will be OUT to beat us. They won't give us an inch and rightly so. We are in a weak state of mind at the moment. So playing mostly kids won't work

Don’t think anything will work going on today

All the more reason for me to give some of the younger lads a go.

There are certain players at the Club right now where, for better or worse, you can pretty much call how their performance will be.

There's a couple of lads I'm sick of seeing as automatic starters. Doesn't mean they have to be bombed out, doesn't mean they can't get back to a respectable level - but playing them in this side RIGHT NOW is doing nothing.

Throw some in at the deep end. See which ones sink, see which ones swim. Stick a couple of the lads who swim into a starting XI that is a mix of our....."least bad"......starting XI in a game soon and go from there.

I’d probably go with youth myself to be honest. Might at least be a bit of enthusiasm about them. Tbh I don’t think we gain much staying in the cup this year bar giving young lads minutes. We’re not winning it.

We're not winning it, for sure.

    For me, play the kids.

    - If we get through, great - more experience for the kids.
    - If we fail, great - less fixtures to contend with.
