Konate at RB eh? Do we know if he has played there before?
Fabinho used to be a decent RB
We should recall Morton.
Those changes , radical ones , managers won't risk that.
Imagine if klopp did, he'd be called out as losing the plot if it doesn't work out.
Alisson
Taa Matip Vvd Robbo
Henderson Fabinho Bajcetic
Salah Gakpo Darwin
This is the most likely scenario and probably the best we can muster right now. It should be enough to beat Wolves at Anfield, but we all know reality doesn't work like that. I just watched most of the cup game v them, also at Anfield... Good grief... No wonder they wanted to pay us back..
You mean like ditching and publicly slating and blaming senior pros then losing 3-0 to Wolves?
Fabinho is a serious issue, Bajcetic needs leadership and strong reading of the game and consistent good positioning alongside him so Fabinho should be nowhere near the 11
Klopp fucked up royally v Palace because the midfield he started (Keita) and then players he brought on were all a mish mash including players who have consistently let our press and counter press down, when we're crying out for 3 who don't and can provide a platform for our attack and defence to join to make a much better team press and counter press
Hendo, Bajcetic, Milner, Thiago and 'possibly' Trent employed at RCM are our only players who can do that, Keita, Fabinho, Elliott, Oxlade and Jones are all disasters except for providing consistent evidence that strong pressing and counter pressing is more about collective astute positioning than 'legs' Oxlade Elliott and Jones always charging around with plenty of legs letting the press and counter press down with poor positioning and reading of the game
"If Everton were playing at the bottom of my garden, i'd close the curtains”
Depends on the context. If he regularly was changing the formation and line-up with massive deviations hoping that something would stick I'd certainly be unhappy, but I quite like "tweaks" within reason.
Take your point though - can definitely envisage the Twitterati losing their proverbial tish after Jamie Redknapp "analysed" what Klopp had done wrong.
