Mateo Kovacic is close to joining Manchester City after they agreed a deal with Chelsea worth up to £30m.

Reports on social media that we are waiting until after the u21s championships to bid/sign Thuram. If we are that serious why not do it now? A good tournament and it generates more interest. Worrying of he gets injured, that could happen at any time.
