Certainly yeah - if you can get a player to receive the ball in and around the "D" who gets turned and can beat the pressing players with a turn/dribble or pass and you get runners, then there is a lot of pitch for players to bomb into.

The problem for many teams is that Man City tend to convert their opportunity before that can happen, or commit a tactical foul, or win the ball back and have a chance for themselves.

But if you have the players for it and can keep them out, they can be got at, 100%.
