Agree - perhaps it's because I have plenty of Gooners at close proximity but they look like the title winners to me. The team they were scared of most was us. That perspective has been smashed - they don't fear anyone now. Doesn't mean they will win it, but I feel like a win for them at the Emptyhad means they are the most likely. They seem to be well ahead of the rest in the Prem.

Yeah I see what you mean - I guess I foresee us having more tight 1-0 and 2-0 type games in us while I think Arsenal will pick up a few more 4-0 sort of scorelines, but feel they will fall short in one of their away matches.

Oh how I long for the days of when you could lose 4 or 5 games and win the league.

It's exhausting as a fan knowing dropped points from here probably ends our chances, so christ knows what it's like for Jurgen and the players!

Brighton - Away - April 6th
Wolves - Away - April 20th
Tottenham - Away - April 27th
Man United - Away - May 11th

I personally see them getting 10-13 points there and if Man City do their usual, they'll need all 15 - but we'll see!

I wonder if that will change much when Klopp and Guardiola are both gone. They're the ones who've made/set that standard.
I saw a post in social media that was basically saying it's City's cheating that has brought this about,hard to disagree with it.
In the past a defeat was never a disaster whereas at this point of the season now its treated like one.

Arsenal are much strong and have belief. They have had 3 wins against Liverpool and City in the last 2 seasons. They took 4 pts from us. This is a different moment for them.

I do feel that their final 5 or so away games and the Chelsea home game is the litmus. If they win those 6 games they will be champions. They have the beating of the lower sides.

I was letting it go in the other thread, which took some effort. But posting it TWICE !!!

Think 90 points will win the league, 93 a dead cert and maybe 88 will be enough !!

We're on for a max 96 points, city 95 & Arsenal 94.
City to play both us and arsenal.

On form we've each dropped points in 8 out of 27 games. As a predictor of things to come you'd expect 3 more dropped points each & all 3 finishing on the 89-90 points mark. Again city to play both us and arsenal
