I have to say like ive said loads of times.. When Salah goes we really should go in for Palmer at Chelsea. he looks the only decent signing they have made.. looks like a great prospect.

I was really surprised Arteta didnt go for Palmer in the summer, given Arteta’s links to City, I think he would be some player for them methinks, very similar player to Ozil imho ….
