We are all guilty as individuals, as being the sum of our experiences and so in answer to your question clearly I will have episodes of unconscious bias, that doesnt mean I see everything through the prism of biased red lenses, if I see episodes were we have got out of jail with a decision or a result I will be able to openly admit to it but the word unconscious is exactly what it says on the tin, unconscious .so it is upto others to point out my failings in that regards
