4th round draw, Man-city to get Maidstone at home, If we get passed Arsenal we will get Newcastle away

Depends who you watch - Atalanta and Napoli can still produce joyous football.

Quick copy of the draw - one or two of the fixtures may have been concluded by the time folks read it as I haven't sifted through it for individual results - you'll see Wigan/Man United which has already been concluded for example.

    Watford v Southampton
    Blackburn v Wrexham
    Bournemouth v Swansea
    West Brom v Brentford/Wolves
    West Ham/Bristol City v Nottingham Forest/Blackpool
    Leicester v Hull City/Birmingham
    Sheffield Wednesday v Coventry
    Chelsea v Aston Villa
    Ipswich v Maidstone United
    Liverpool v Norwich City/Bristol Rovers
    Tottenham v Manchester City
    Leeds v Plymouth
    Crystal Palace/Everton v Luton/Bolton
    Newport County/Eastleigh v Wigan/Manchester United
    Sheffield United v Brighton

The Man City v Tottenham one is interesting. On the one hand it'd be nice to see Man City knocked out to open the Tournament up a bit whilst on the other hand I want them to have as many fixtures as possible given that we are still building a title challenge.

There are some great cup ties in there. Still a long way to go so pointless worrying about who else gets through. Just focus on ourselves and the rest will take care of itself.

Be nice to see Chelsea replay with villa as that would fall in after our league game with them and they might rest players in the league as their European place surely only through a cup win. Definitely want spurs and City to replay with xtra time too hopefully

True of course - one match at a time is always the way.

Still - with the 4th Round essentially being a "last 32" it's exciting to think that, should we overcome Norwich (or Bristol) at Anfield that we would effectively be in a last-16 that doesn't contain Arsenal or one of Tottenham/Man City.

FA Cup still the Tournament I am least focused on though for now. We have only invested 90 minutes into it so far.

And one of Chelsea or Villa

The annoyance is that Utd will probably continue to get a bye to the latter stages, they won’t beat anyone in the Premier League outside of the bottom 3.
