West Ham is probably a pretty good place for a Manager to go if they want to build their reputation.

A lot of West Ham fans are frustrated with the up-and-down nature of life under Moyes and are keen to take the next step in terms of style of play etc.

Someone (whether it's Amorim or someone else) could potentially get their way into the Premier League, get West Ham to stabilise around the Europa Conference spots for 3-4 seasons with more technical football and position themselves well for the better jobs within the League. Easier said than done, but still an opportunity.
