Hes not tactically aware. take 2 seasons ago we were winning the league cause Villa was 2 up at City,, Pep made a change and Gerrard didnt.once they let ina goal he shoulda put a player across to where Pep made a change and closed it down. But he didnt he just carried on doing the same and it cost us and his team.

There is no guarantee Gerrard wouldn't rip it up either. Even a complete change of tactics. Look at what emery did with his players at villa when he came in. Compete turnaround.

I think Gerrard would be a mistake. As much as it would be great to see him manage us to win a league.

I think it was always FSG idea for Stevie G to eventually become manager. He was initially there to learn alongside Jürgen. Ok he left and has not shone but still he is heart and soul LFC and I think he will get the nod and the backing and patience of the fans .
He won't rip up what has been put in place by Jürgen.
On reflection...
There is no-one else who can keep it that way.
