Elliot Diaz and Gakpo have been shocking. There's about half a yard of pace between the three of them.
Gakpo just doesn't get involved at all, he's anonymous constantly. His goals come late on when games are already won usually.
He needs to step up big time.

Who would have thought when Jota come to Anfield he become the most important player at the club. The most clinical finisher. I remember when he was at Wolves he would be subbed around 60 mins. Why? because he was injury prone, so they would manage his minutes to reduce the chance.

Not a great half. Missing maybe 6 starters but in attack to have all 3 main goal threats out is not ideal.
Gakpo clearly a good squad player, Diaz even if he scores is not good enough. Had a thrilling first 6 months at the start here. But has wanex since. Some say injuries but also think the PL take time to figure out a player but once it happens the player must have other qualities or his main quality must be so good that he just takes it up a notch.
Elliot maybe worst performance since his been a regular.

I did say we desperately needed another FWD who can many LFWD & RFWD in January of more of the Mane type with explosive power & pace as we’ve lost so much in that respect with Diaz at LFWD and Mo losing pace the other side
