Yep - plenty on here were counting up the points for this and the next few league (bankers) games. Always happens after a good streak and a big win v a big rival. We are all guilty of it to varying degrees

It’s easy to get up for the big games but leagues are won by winning games like this. City weren’t at their best either today but the came back from a goal down and took the three points. They had the desire and did enough.

It’s been our Achilles heel over many years missing out on titles we could in some cases should have won.

The amount of times Utd won the league grinding out results in "fergie time" was unbelievable. But that's what you need to do, this team need to learn that quickly. Especially as I think City will be deducted over 50 points this season (Imo) but that's for another thread.

Complacency crept in mate. We'd the 3 points in the bag before the kick off and were looking to Milan on Tuesday before a ball was kicked today.
I was guilty myself if I'm honest.

I can't imagine many fans would have expected us to not take the points today. Maybe it was a bit of complacency yeah, second half Forest just out-fought us and we lacked urgency. Lot of off colour performances.

It was as much the media’s creation & embellishing of it as officials continuing to play 4 5 or more minutes past the allocated time or when the game should be finished & the additional pressure & nerves of that
