There's no doubting that. It doesn't look good on the club that's it's come to this. One player , yes it happens but three at the same time.
It's borderline negligence and complacency from them.
Strange they've rebuffed Real. Either he signs or they're resigned to losing him at the seasons end and need/want to retain him for the duration.
It'll be a very sad way for him to leave if it comes to that. Still hopeful all three get resolved eventually.

Probably right about the circumstances. But I still believe the club should have been faster with the offers. Apparently 4 offers finally submitted, a day before the players can talk to other clubs. This offers should have been out there a lot earlier.
Either way, looks like trent is going to go. I still have hope the other 2 sign on.
As long as trent plays to the best of his ability to the end and we win the league, wish him well on his new adventure.

It's a short career and as you have said, we don't know what is going on in the background. Maybe he wants to try a foreign league before retirement. The issue maybe is going on a free, but that's him as well as the club.
I hope he stays but if he goes he goes.

It’s not really a short career on several million a year for, in his case, around 15 years. If he stayed at Liverpool for the rest of his career he would earn more money than he can spend anyway.
Liverpool will have offered him around £200-250k a week. Up to £12m a year over 4 or 5 years, so £50-60m just over the next few years alone. He does not need to leave to become extremely financially secure

This. I think his mind has been set on moving to state funded, cheating, dark arts loving, player injuring FC for a while. I have sensed him turning into a 'Billy big bollocks' for a fair while.
For me getting Salah and Virgil to sign new contracts is much, much more important than getting TAA to sign a new contract. The real blow is the fact that we'll not get any kind of fee for him, something that is a major screw up by FSG and those they employ.
Just like other players who have jumped ship to join one of the big two Spanish gits, if he does join Real Madrid I hope he fails spectacularly.
