I sincerely hope they are looking to bring in a CB, Gomez did ok for a game and a half but we cannot rely on him or Quansah for any length of time.
A good young 23 (ish) year old who will be coming into his peak as Virgil retires would be ideal.

The worst of the weather has passed over here, suspect other games will go on over the weekend. Hope the rescheduled game is played at the same venue.

I know they’ll squeeze it in somewhere else to try & disadvantage us like a 1230 kick off after midweeks games does

But at this point not bad for us that it’s been postponed & a few players can get some rest

I don't know where those poor footballers would find the time otherwise

Pushing this game back will cause fixture congestion later in the season. Nothing can be done about it though.
VOTE JOCKY tae fix this fiasco.

Manc game seems to be going ahead but maybe worse has passed the area?? I mean Old trafford has as much chance of falling down as goodison lolz

Suppose it is more in-land mind

True. Itll get sandwiched in somewhere else probably midweek which won't be ideal but that's for another day. Might help out in the short term in terms of performance level.

Only free midweek for a while in between January 1st and us hosting Utd on the 6th.

You can see circumstances making us wait again. We'll probably stay in the domestic cups for a long run once more. Maybe the CL to. Probably have to fit in this away derby inside a week in May where we already have 3 games or something lol
Edit, just seen our fixture before Utd is West Ham away on weekend of 29th December. So Jan 2nd or 3rd could be a decent shout for rearrangement.

Says on sky it'll likely be in February if we finish top 8 of CL as we will bypass the play off rounds.
