good end to a poor half from us.. you could get 5 cruise liners through our midfield and backline at times
Cleaning up the Scots since the 13th century

Well considering the changes and us playing in flip flops it wasn’t the worst half, despite conceding 11 shots on our goal, we at least looked a threat.

Salah tho … difference in the way he’s finishing the season to the was he’s played until PSG away is marked. He has a chance to break the goal involvement record, won the golden boot and push on to win the balloon door but he’s dropped off way too much.

Harvey Eliot has been awful. Hardly won a single tackle. Strolling around. I know he scored with a tap in and technically got an assist for Dom, but his all round play very poor. Maybe Arne has told him that he is off anyway.
Quansah and Tsimikas don't exactly fill you with confidence.
Dominic's done well. But without Macca the midfield shape seems to be all over the place.

Yes you could see when Darwin missed that penalty, Mo looked disgusted. I think he was the only Liverpool player who didn't go over to console him. For a player like Mo, the champions League is more important than a domestic league. Which I suppose is fair enough.

Salah's form has dropped off a cliff at the backend of a number of seasons. Last season it didn't end well for us. This season his drop off in form hasn't been a disaster for us, at least not in the league.

It would be good to know why his form drops off a cliff at this time of the season. if we could find out why this happens, maybe we could do something about it.

At least Alisson’s come out for the second half, where’s the other 10?
