Terrible no control of the game at all
Cleaning up the Scots since the 13th century
Well that was certainly an insipid first half.
If you take out the Borussia Monchengladbach v Shaktar game, there have only been four goals in all of today's other CL games.
Thank fuck that half is over. Absolute dung.
HT really REALLY poor half, dire in fact, over to Jurgen as ever to work his half time magic and make sure we're a fuck site bettter in the second half, some subs would be a good idea, Origi just doesn't look at all interested, I'd bring the young midfielder on for Neco and move Millie to RB, he created more from there v Leicester in 10 minutes than he's managed to create in midfield tonight
"If Everton were playing at the bottom of my garden, i'd close the curtains”
Just over the moon we got to HT without conceding, an achievement considering the lineup.
Don't want to criticise young Neco, but he is simply not ready yet.
Apart from Milner and fab, who else can play at right back.?
Actually i thought Joe Gomez was pretty good at right back, but we never persevered with him there because he was never going to get in ahead of Trent.
Divock looks like he has won all he wants at this club and is just treading water now til something else comes along. he is not that old is he ?
Would a nil nil see us top the group?
I think we need to win and Ajax not win to guarantee progressing/topping the group.
Well that reminded me of one of our away games in the group stages from previous seasons. Utter gash.
And I really don’t know who told Jurgen Neco Williams was anywhere near ready to play in the first team but they were having a laugh.
Rhys looks ok, Tsimikas is fitting in ok considering he’s not played for so long or much at all in a red shirt.
You often see this when the manager signals where the game is in his thinking by resting and rotating, it takes the edge off those who start.
Considering the changes we've done well. Get to 60 minutes then bring on the big guns and we'll win easily.
The Greek and Williams at centrehalf look comfortable.
