12 million for Wilson? more great business there. now where's our signings??
Cleaning up the Scots since the 13th century
Surely we 'll get a midfielder at least? to replace wij?? or we going to rely on Curtis jones and 35 year old milner, when Ox and keita breakdown, and maybe henderson too
I mean a forward would be great too, but let's face it that's wishful thinking..
If anything last season we learned it could do with "freshening up" a bit, not looking good is it.
I think wilson could be a good signing for 12m for somebody in this current climate of mad fees.

Haaland in £130m move to Chelsea?
Well we still have the non-homegrown issue. We can have a maximum of 17 and we still have 18 - so to bring one in, we need two to depart. To bring two in, we need three to depart and so on.
Goalkeepers - 3
Alisson
Karius
Adrian
Defenders - 5
Robertson
Van Dijk
Matip
Konate
Tsimikas
Midfielders - 3
Fabinho
Thiago
Keita
Forwards - 7
Salah
Firmino
Mane
Jota
Shaqiri
Origi
Minamino
We're unlikely to find a buyer for Karius. Hopefully buyers for Origi and Shaqiri. I can foresee us having to loan somebody - perhaps Minamino.
A midfielder and a forward would make a great window in terms of incomings, if we can make room.
The homegrown rule is a hurdle but is not new. Funny how the strongest exit rumours are for homegrowns Harry Wilson, Ben Davies, even Hendo!
Jarrod Bowen has something going for him.
"Liverpool have urged AC Milan midfielder Franck Kessie not to sign a new deal at the club as they eye up a bargain next summer for free. LFC are helping him out as they’ve made their interest clear and already made a ‘concrete move’.
They’ve reportedly urged the midfielder not to sign a new deal, and in reward, they are willing to offer a contract worth €6m a year for him to move to Anfield on a free next year. AC Milan haven’t matched LFC wage offers for Kessie."

#LFC confirm £12m deal with Fulham for Harry Wilson.15% sell on clause. Earlier in summer LFC rejected £6.5m offer from Benfica. Fulham able to complete deal under EFLs strict FFP protocols due to willingness to delay the start of the payments until 2022.
