It’s how people like you see it, it’s only Christianity so I can have a pop.
Never met him in person, or been in the same room as him ( in so far as I know ) but if I met him I know his name and, out of respect , would address him by his name. …Would you ? Or would you like to perpetuate the droll mirth of yourself and others and call him “ the Nazareth fella “.. hypocrisy my arse read back what you have posted! Room for debate…. The Nazareth fella v
The Nazareth miracleist, etc.
As I’ve said previously suffixes, prefixes and circumstances of use have a massive effect on how words are intended or perceived.
Keeping it simple to use the term “fella” is not endearing. I know you don’t agree but that’s our respective opinions.
I am treating myself to disengaging with the Forum nut job. Hopefully he will talk himself into a racist or sectarian ban at some stage.
How the hell you can believe that referring to Jesus as the Nazareth fella is in any way offensive or even on the same offensive planet as “miracleist, conjurer , or even escapologist”.
You simply cannot argue with ignorance and I am just wasting my time.
Looks like we might finally have a use for the ignore button.
