With so little time left and with selling clubs able to ask for extortionate fees now that we're into the desperation stage of the window, it's hard to envisage someone coming in unless it's a stop-gap.
The one thing that may push it is the Henderson injury if it looks set to keep him out for any length of time.
11 more League games until the World Cup. Hopefully we can keep grinding out results.

His stats look pretty average - he's not brilliant at anything. That said, he isn't strikingly dreadful at anything either. Perhaps he doesn't need to be brilliant. It could be that "good enough" is indeed good enough.
So he is robust (likely to be regularly available) and at age 24 is younger than Keita or Ox, but still has a few years before the magical 27-29 period.
Wouldn't cost the Earth - roughly Ł20m apparently. Will know English and Portuguese.
I wouldn't say it's an "exciting" signing if it came to pass - however, if he came to be the midfield equivalent of what Tsimikas is for us then I'd be absolutely delighted.

Scraping the bottom of the barrel again - Should have just got Gini on loan for a season and returned to the
Hendo No6 Gini LCM and any other at RCM from when we played our very best under Jurgen to date and our press and counter press was absolutely sensational, never seen any side play the press and counter press game so expertly, brilliantly and faultlessly before that 15 game run or after and the any other included Milner, Keita and Ox at RCM
I don't know why we're waiting, Bellingham won't be coming here, he'll be off to City with his mate Haaland when they win it at a canter and we fail to make top four
