I'm sure I've already read reports of him having strongly rebuffed Ten Hag's advances, he's not a popular manager, even with players he's won piss pots in the Eredivisie with It seems even Ole had more pulling power and more points

    Yeeeaaaaaah

'Liverpool now most likely side to sign 34m midfielder'

    Veiga

I so want this to happen, incredible potential and versatility, the lad can be so very many things a 10 another false nine an attacking No8, a LFWD, a RFWD, and attacking right or left mid, even a No9, I hope this one happens together with the Mac Allister deal that our business done for No10's then, Mount won't be going anywhere so we shouldn't waste our time with him

Then we just need Gravenberch and Ugarte to complete our midfield business

I still see Thiago going to Bayern as part of a deal to bring Gravenberch the other way, we maybe arranged for his op now so he can rehabilitate and be fit to start the season for them as part of the deal

Loan for Carvalho if he isn't wanted as a makeweight in any of our other deals

Maybe another loan for Elliott, somewhere he'll play a lot, right now he doesn't look like developing into a top mid, attacking mid or forward, we've got shit to go and win, no room for passengers who aren't nearly ready yet

It would have been really cool if we could have brought the lad Williams in from Bilbao, I think Veiga can very likely be an excellent RFWD option as well as a great many other things

Lots of stories doing the rounds Mac Allister has now stated he wants to move to a club playing Champions League football

Good job Newcastle and the filthy are both going to fuck up then

I find this approach from players very short sighted to be honest, if you're looking at the Premier League, if you look at recent competitiveness in the Premier League and Champions League and know the game, it's pretty clear that 2 or 3 sides have benefitted from a couple of others being in transition this season

I mean imagine if one of Newcastle or the filthy actually hang on to make top four this season, and you signed for them on that basis, or even Arsenal for that matter, it is most likely that Liverpool and Chelsea will make up 2 of the top four places next season and for several more, so 2 of those teams are only liekly to be in it next season IF they make it into it at all and none of them are likely to progress very far in it, whereas Klopp's made the final 3 times in the last five seasons

Hopefully last night puts an end to any tiny rumour of us thinking about signing tielemans.

Agree, I thought that during the game. Played hide n seek. We need to be steering well away but I still won't be shocked if we bring him in.

Yup. The thought of signing tieleman isn’t very palletable.

I’m getting board with this now. I think I’ll log out.
