If Fabinho doesnt leave which is likely. No chance of any other signings. thats how FSG work.. Fabinho is on a downward spirial. we need better now. But that doesnt matter to those bean counters
PS just about shows you how Saudi Arabia is. when it comes to dogs and women and gays and... human rights...horrible backward nation.

Suspect we will do it for a reported £45m plus add-ons and Southampton and the mainstream media will say we bid £50m.

Dunno about happy but I wouldn’t be as concerned as I am right now.

Funny how Bayern's reported interest in Fab has also gone quiet.

There's still time for them to low ball us though.

Atleast it shows the deal doesn't hinge on Fabs sale?

Aye it'll defo happen now, just a matter of days I'd think. It's a lot for a pretty much unproven kid but they must see something in him.

Yep, of the three senior players, Fab (I'll not say is the one I most wanted us to keep) is the one I least wanted us to let go. There's a player in there somewhere, and as a player he's not shot and is usually available, unlike the other two...

Given our current squad it would make sense to keep a player who is equally at home in midfield or centre back.

He wins the ball back a LOT, is young (hopefully very coachable) and the market is bananas enough that there is every chance he "becomes" good value.

He will also become Home-grown in time and the Home-grown tax is wild. Could be worth £90m or more in a couple of years.

A reflection of the market is how much more development time he (hasn't) had over Bajcetic.
