    Fsg lol.

If they pull this rabbit. They are interesting magicians. Great book balancers but they do spend big on the right type.

So basically they don't want to risk 4m extra on Lavia cause they want to prove s point. But then again when Chelsea tried to be clever by going for Lavia instead of securing Caicedo, FSG then went boom the right guy is available spend what is required.

With Bellingham we will never know. Was he what we needed or could afford I terms of position and what we need. If Caicedo comes the midfield starting 3 are powerful. Trent now is a back up and will continue as RB. Bajetic, Jones, Thiago and Elliot the remainder of the midfield.

Now if they go and sign Lavia ad well then we'll...

Fans genuinely believe it was our transfer strategy that cost us League titles by a solitary point and not an illegitimate, rule-breaking, 115 charges entity that illegally assembled a squad in laboratory conditions and has players visit a Doctor who was around for failed drugs tests their Manager had to take, that rarely has lengthy injuries to deal with.

Nobody is saying our transfer strategy is perfect, but it is not the root cause of us missing out on those 2 League titles. Man City, in their current guise, shouldn't even exist.
Exactly this...And also a complete fucking symbolic goalkeeper costing us the CL

But imagine this.... Klopp joined Utd back in 2015..........
Imagine he had Ł80m to strengthen every single window in all that time?
We'd be England's second most successful club by a distance pal.
For all the flak the Glazers get. They do back their managers financially...
You're assuming he would have had the exact same recruitment set-up at Man United, that players would have integrated the same way.

Maybe Klopp would have thrived at the "Disneyland" that he turned down. Maybe he wouldn't.

I do know that money does not necessarily equate to succees - and Man United are the absolute perfect example of that.

Is it true what Bob wrote, that melwood is being used as the training ground for the women's side of the club ?

Jams and jellies are both sweet and sticky fruit spreads, they differ in some fundamental aspects.
They’re made with similar ingredients: fruit, sugar, water, pectin, and acid — usually from lemon juice.
Pectin is a type of fiber found in the cell walls of plants and fruits. It forms a gel when mixed with acid and is widely used in the food industry to provide texture to fruit- and vegetable-derived products.
And while fruits and their juices naturally contain sugar, adding more supports the gelling process. Sugar also acts as a preservative, preventing the growth of harmful microorganisms.
However, jams and jellies differ in texture, appearance, the proportions of their shared ingredients, and how they utilize or include fruit.
Jellies are made from fruit or vegetable juice. They’re characterized by their clear appearance and a firm texture that holds itself in place.
The juice is extracted by boiling crushed fruit or fruit pieces in water until soft, after which the peels and pulp are separated from the juice by straining them through a colander with a cheesecloth or jelly bag. This ensures a clear appearance.
You can prepare jellies with or without adding pectin, but since a good jelly should have enough gel strength to retain its shape, most recipes include it.
Commercial pectin is usually derived from apples and citrus fruits and sold in both powdered and liquid form.
Jams are made from crushed or ground fruit, resulting in a thicker spread that holds its shape but is less firm than jellies.
Unlike jelly, jam is not clear, and you may find fruit chunks or particles dispersed throughout it. That said, fruit stems and pits should be removed.
Jams can be prepared with and without added pectin, as fruits naturally provide it. However, you should include some underripe fruits if pectin isn’t added, as these contain more pectin than ripe ones.

Didn't miss it mate, my rampant misogyny just meant I wasn't in a rush to a reply to a big girl.

It’s brilliant PR. The pundits will shut up about our pathetic backing of Klopp and many of the ‘faithful’ instantly believe we can challenge. No seriously. They will champion the leeches, dragging their knuckles on the ground and come out swinging.

    And on it goes.
Hahaha. This is the best post I've read on here for a long time!

Complaining about lack of investment from tight owners then thinking a Ł111m british record transfer is some sort subterfuge tactic to fool the fans...

    Come on Steveo.

It's great news if we get the Caicedo deal over the line and some credit should go to the owners if we pull it off. I for one cannot ignore the gross negligence of past windows when it's been glaringly obvious we're a midfielder or defender short. Then trying to plug the gap with disastrous loan signings. We've definitely been screwed by Man City and their corruption over the years too. It seems though that we have separate opinions on how much influence the owners have had in our current malaise. Everyone has their own perspective though Sid, our own subconscious bias that is shaped by our individual experiences in life. To make the claim that opposing opinions are the result of Sports Washing is extremely short sighted. What do you suppose the reasons for your minority view in support of the owners transfer strategy are?

No need to ever apologise for taking a while to respond to your posts mate. I have a really busy life and can't always respond promptly.
