You've nailed it there. Quality player but it's time to replace him in the summer with someone new and less injury prone.

Tenuous links to El Khannouss - more likely the Summer than January.

His mother is his agent - she has said that a number of clubs have been in contact and that playing time takes precedent over how "big" a club is - on initial reading that sounds like a player (and mother) who have their heads firmly screwed on - perhaps we will buy with a view to getting the right loan move for him?

Leeds also linked with taking Musialowski off our hands - I had such high hopes for him - bags of talent there - but not the most natural fit to our system, nor the most physical.

Said it before and said it again, I would pull out all the stops for Neto of Wolves…

He is a baller and versatile and young enough… can play either side in midfield and front, fast tricky two footed, yes he has had injury issues, but I think he is still worth a punt, what an addition he could be to what is an already great squad..

Saw an interview and he comes across as an ambitious and very likeable lad too ….

I am surprised Klopp hasn’t made a move already, as he looks like he fits his desired profile perfectly…

Quality player. Massively injury prone though...

I think in the 21/22 and 22/23 seasons he played even less than Thiago Alcantara.

There's got to be a player out there who can do 80% of what he does whilst being far more available - and if there is, I'd personally rather go for them.

So easy to be a fan of Neto as he is a joy to watch, but we need resilient players.

If we do end up signing him, we are not, I repeat NOT having that as his song.

I’m not sure about Neto’s fitness record or end product to be honest.

Our transfer record has been absolutely incredible since Klopp arrived, no doubting the ability of any of them, apart from Karius (and maybe Keita) and the injury record of Ox, Keita and Thiago.

So I just look forward to seeing who they sign.

Karius was only waste of money in my opinion. Keita had some decent games so did you Oxlade. but like you say injuries did for them. Im not a massive fan of Thiago. but you cant argue with the stats when he has played in the team the win ratio is quite high.
he will be gone in the summer anyway, I still think we need another midfielder. But with Endo to comeback from the Asian cup and Bajcetic to finally return. We may have enough
