They were shite when we played them a couple of months ago, and they managed to contain us easily. They could have nicked it aswell. You can't count on form in these games.

They look devoid of anything, their first 11 is piss poor and I wouldn't have one of them.
I honestly can't remember a poorer Utd side than that, the midfield is absolute treacle.
Poor or not, our two remaining matches for them are their biggest of the season.

Irrespective of whether they manage to get back into the Champion's League or not and irrespective of how trophies we do (or don't) win this season, they will be desperate to say "we're the ones that stopped the Quad" as they are currently so far away from looking like a title-challenging set-up.

They get to play their two "Cup Finals" so-to-speak at Old Trafford as well and their crowd will get behind them.

We're well enough equipped to cope with the challenges of those games of course, but it will be a disjointed, snide tackling, time-wasting, appeal-for-cards swampfest for both ties.

Part of fighting on multiple fronts and I would far rather have our "problems" such as they are than theirs.

    Spot on.
They'll also want to stop us equalling them on 20 league titles.

Would be genuinely surprised if anyone in here is truly "worried" about Man United tees - but we can be conscious of a lower-quality side having the capacity to raise their game for individual matches - a very different thing from fearing them.

I'm personally quietly confident we will beat them in the League and the FA Cup, but still feel both will be hard-earned slogs.

If anyone should be worried it's them. Not only are we coming to match their precious League record, but at the current rate Man City will reach 21 titles before Man United do!

Aye I know mate, I'm just lolzing.
I'm confident we beat them twice too but stranger things have happened as we know. It will be a slog like you say, they'll make it that way playing on the break with the bus at the back.
