They know Arsenal are winning the title. They have flogged themselves silly to be where they are. Half of them wont have much of a career much longer - after the monumental shifts they have put in this season.

Don’t be too hard on them. We are punching.

This is your obligatory and customary public service reminder to ignore the Johnny-come-lately accent-performance clown/troll looking for attention

Agree. But he made a mistake that changed the dynamic of how the game would go from there. You already had a well drilled opponent so giving them a goal doesn't help. Robbo, Gomez, Van Dijk, Szoboslai, Macca, Salah, Endo, Elliot, Nunez were shite, Kelleher was shite as well.

Also, the subs made no difference whatsoever. If anything made us worse.

If you'd told me last summer we'd be a point off the top of the PL in early April then I'd think you were on strong medication.
I do feel that factors I was concerned about after last season have crept in over recent weeks. Such as the amount of experience we lost with Fab, Hendo and Milner departing. Perhaps just one of those being around the dressing room now would make for cooler heads. VVD and Salah are struggling with leadership and form in Mo's case. Alisson has been a huge loss as a calming and dominant presence, as has Trent.
Again, Imagine if the season was predicted in terms of injuries and having to bring in youngsters. Good as they've been, back in August I'd have said no chance of 3 trophies as a haul in April.
These men can snap themselves out of negativity and into form with Klopp and his coaches. Plus a banging atmosphere fir the rest of the season. Stop thinking that 2 poor displays away to Utd and a shocker at home tonight defines all the squads efforts. Points and prizes still to fight for.

Every single player in red was shocking, 7 attempts on target v 4 gives you a decent indicator as to how it went.

I wouldn’t give a single player more than 4 and some would be lucky to get 1, including Tsimikas, Nunez, Elliott, Salah, Gomez and Endo.

As for Szoboszlai… I would happily go over to Anfield and kick him squarely in the bollocks for that performance.

All three of their goals were scored by an unmarked player in our box.
    Fuckin hell.
Missus said the goals were all freebies like.
Left ourselves with a gargantuan task now.
Be an absolute downer if this nosedives the season.

Said it on Sunday, no wins in three attempts v Utd this season tells you we are in a false position, nowhere near as good as they think they are and not good enough to win the title

Can’t even keep a clean sheet ffs

Kelleher was poor but my issue is how can a number 1 goalkeeper in Allison manage to get injured pretty much every season and miss a fair chunk of games.

We are punching. I really do believe that. They built up the hope though, and that's where the frustration / disappointment comes in.

I've said it a few times, I never had us challenging for the league. But, I did think we could win this comp. Now if we swap the league for this, I'll happily take that 😁
