I don't disagree. They win as a team and lose as a team. I think the management have to take major flak for what's been the poor starts and conceding early. Not all as they obviously aren't on the pitch but it's strange that we've not got out of it.
It's been a theme all season and nothing has obviously been done to arrest it or it looks that way anyway.

he doesnt have the technique to finish..hes all legs. hes been here 2 years and still runs off side.. hes a good player. but hes not WORLD CLASS. and thats what we need.
