Maybe he’s been told they’re going to be punished & they’ve laid out a few million to put it off until late next season
With the sheer staggering amount they overspent by up to 2018 & the level of player & number of them they accumulated through that, you can’t possibly claim it didn’t affect 2018-19 season or any other season that followed
