I can see why some say that but also why the officials didn’t give it - He isn’t defending the ball - he tries to cut away from the ball (ball is running to his right and he goes to his left) to induce the contact. and the small matter that he pulled the defender across him in a judo throw.

It’s the defender’s knee making strong contact with the back of his leg that’s starts him falling and then the defender runs into the back of him and takes him down.

I have seen many many penalties given for far less

Yep Scotland didn’t really muster a single decent chance across the entire game. Finally got a few opportunities late on but nothing you would expect a goal from.

Hungary despite sitting deep for so long looked far more of a threat. Don’t rate them at all either though tbf. Big Dom isn’t the player many believed he was early on last season. Has quality but it’s fleeting
