    Have to be honest, I knew nothing about him and was very underwhelmed by the appointment

    Started really well mind.

    Changing as much as going to 3 at the back would isn’t continuity

    De Zerbi & Slot were the continuity candidates because they both played a style with many similarities

    Neither did I but then when you looked at how Feyenoord played he was a very obvious continuity & evolution candidate & the early signs are very positive

    He had the variation of movement & different types of passing & links ups I wanted to be part of our evolution since 18-19
