I'll happily be not as easy on the eye and win more trophies.
I don't disagree mate. I'd take it all day, there is a lot of fans moaning though on podcasts etc.
It's definitely not as exciting but definitely more controlled, like I say though I can't work out of we've got away with it or if it's been by design. Similar to Mourinhos Chelsea in some ways. Not conceding many but not scoring a great deal either. Points are what count though.
Next few weeks will tell if we are gonna be in the mix.

Cannot say I am a fan of our habit of seeing how bad we can play and still win….

Is it me, but our players looked shattered, we were constantly guilty of poor decision making and we are so sloppy in possession at times all over the pitch and especially sloppy in the final third, Salah and Trent both had real shockers and yet they still both managed to pull faces when they were taken off…

I thought Kelleher played a blinder tonight apart from that first half fuck up with Konate…

I like the fact we aren't going heavy metal football all the time as I always feel we've got 1 or 2 gears to go up at any time. Also our subs bench is looking good , they're all getting game time.

We played well tonight away from home and should've had a penalty which would've put the game to bed.

I have no problem with the change of tactics, I have a problem with constantly giving the ball away, most of the time under no pressure at all.

Szoboszlai and Trent were bloody awful today.

when you do play slightly deeper. theres always 1 extra player there to close the space and ball.slows the game down so the other players can help out defending. But the opposition are always gonna create chances against you. Unless your man-united HAHAHA minus 2 in goal difference in the league so far.

Thus far this season we have looked like a timid OAP driving on the motorway in first gear and not exceeding 30mph. Under Klopp if we had a poor first half it seemed that he often said or did a few things during the break which meant we played better in the second half.

We need to start going up through the gears asap as if we don't we're going to start dropping points in a few games sooner rather than later.

Great result, great run of points, great success for club going forward'
Are we a great team, absolutely not.
Lazy, arrogant, sloppy, no team work, relied on opposition poor finishing, (yet again)
Arnie will lead us up the garden path with this attitude.
Players flicking, and hoofing without looking, and we got away with it again.
We have the squad to easily do so much better, but my fear is that the players are believing in thier own hype.
I hope we practice (good) passing technique and first time control of the ball.
If you look at the movement of Real Madrid in attack and defence, this is what I would be aiming for.

Genuinely baffling how much moaning I've seen this season despite winning every game bar one...
