    Match Thread: Brighton v Liverpool

    Liverpool XI v Brighton

    Possibly 4-2-3-1

    …………….Jaros …………
    Bradley, Quansah, Gomez, Robertson
    …… Endo, Morton
    Szoboszlai, Jones … Diaz.
    ……….….. Gakpo…….

Subs: Kelleher, Van Dijk, Konate, Nunez, Mac Allister, Salah, Tsimikas, Nyoni, Young.

8 changes including 3 of the back 4 and the third choice keeper comes in.

    Should be fun.

    Great stuff miller.

Good to see some rotation - hope it isn't too costly, but we do need to manage the squad appropriately this season, as ever.

feel for him - his confidence must be shot but when you train every day you have to be able to make that pass every time.

Hopefully he gets better - he really needs to

Brighton should have scored. We could have then scored.

Lamptey should make it 1:0 there - then we come close moments later we almost nick one as Cody pulls one wide

Excellent save from Jaros one on one.

You could get a couple of buses through the middle of our CB’s

That passage of play showed why Gomez is a liability at CB, never mind when played alongside Quansah, and why VVD is so important for us.

Quansah's bit of skill there was a treat.
