We won, M City, Villa and Chelsea are all out, so all good, hey ho we will probably draw go and Arsenal away now
Terrible decision for their first. Unlucky for the second, their first one rattled him. Get him boxing 🤜

Strange setup tonight and frankly but for an amazing save things would have been very different.

That’s an injury ravaged Brighton side that had made 8 changes.

Hopefully Slot can pull it together if he gets the time, as the season goes on with the passing of time

    Stat man…!

If you can just let go for one tiny moment you might have realised - I was talking about the last few games since the international break - hence “at the moment”

Team selections and setups have been shifted in what appears to be a random pattern,

But feel free to continue your word porridge. It makes for great reading.

Before the thread descends into a 'tit for tat'... can we just take a moment to appreciate how good a goal that first one from Gakpo was!

Beautiful strike as I mentioned at the time.. He was given way too much space to be fair and you expect a forward to punish a team for that but he did it and what a quality finish too.

Second one as likely to hit the keeper or row z as the net..literally smashed it as hard as he could. It's a technique I suppose

Diaz's should have had a couple from that position too.... and although his goal was well taken - the "defending" on that right side for Brighton.. Well - let's just say plenty of league 2 sides would have managed 3 goals going at that shambles.

Beyond their goals I wan't too impressed with Cody or Diaz tbh. Diaz especially, but he was deployed on the right? Cody did the better but then he spent all of his minutes on that left side in what can only be described as an ocean of space - Robbo had about 5 sqm of space to make a cross at one stage and almost scored on another.
