I'd be very surprised if anything drastic happens - I certainly don't see him being sold in January.

Even if it took until something like mid-January or something to really get up to speed with Slot's methods and fitness requirements, the option of having a depth option and/or a substitute for the last 15 minutes of key matches to reduce injury risk to Salah for the February-to-May period when Mo is inclined to "fizzle out" a bit is the sort of percentage gain that could make the difference between 1st and 2nd.

Jota for me - especially if we continue to be set up in such a way that the centre-forward isn't getting as many opportunities as the wide players.

Has made 19-21 Premier League appearances in 3-of-4 of his seasons with us and will be 28 this December - plus doesn't have that electric pace to break lines.

Feels mad to say as his finishing is just sublime when he is on it, plus the work-rate.....and I can totally understand 90% of Reds thinking Núñez would be the one to sell, but I'll always be biased towards younger/faster/more available players - even with Darwin's obvious flaws.
