Not a great performance but it didn’t need to be.
Terrible performances from Nunez and Trent, the latter couldn’t even take a decent corner all evening. I really do not think he is captain material, he’s nowhere near consistent enough.

Gomez continues to impress deputising for Konate.

This is the problem, if trent or whoever does sign a pre-contract, do we carry on playing them if it seems heads gone? just in theory, not saying that's trent yet.... but keeps playing like that, perhaps it's true.

i'm amazed it's the 26th of dec, and we've heard nothing, joke.

It amazes me that having observed numerous similar Trent performances, that Real would want to sign him up on Ł250-300k a week

Virgil imperious once again. Mo relentless with the quality even on a night where he was in second gear - OH and Cody Gakpo was absolutely superb on the night… Scored the key goal at the end of a frustrating half in the thick fog with Van Nistlehorse’s bums issuing the dark arts a plenty. Might have been very different had he not produced that quality at that time. He was even better second half.

Great win and the atmosphere was decent despite all the hangovers

Behind the goal Annie Road. Haven’t been behind either goal in a good while - great fun

And Gakpo scored 2 goals really - 4 sodding minutes to tell us Darwin was offside - and that was because he wasn’t.

    Not by any meaningful measurement.

“ after lines were carefully drawn at Stockley Park.”

    Very carefully drawn
