FFS! It would be Paul Tierney on VAR duty wouldn't it. Expect us to get screwed over at least once tonight, possibly in some way that negatively impacts us for our up and coming games.

I meant to say the Tottenham game. As for tonight's game, if we don't win we'll have nobody to blame but ourselves.

Just looking at the 4 fixtures over the Xmas period.

    We play 22nd, 26th, 29th, 5th.

    Arsenal play 21st, 27th, 1st, 4th.

    Chelsea play 22nd, 26th, 30th, 4th.

We have been given the tougher schedule in terms of turnaround for games over this period. Only 2 days between Leicester and West ham. Luckily both are poor at the moment so some rotation should happen against Leicester. Then a nice break to the United game.
Arsenal have a good rest time between games 1 to 2 and 2 to 3.

I predict 22, which given the tough run of fixtures, I don't think would be too bad. Fingers crossed City continue to drop points.

If we got 26+ I would be chuffed to bits, ideally though we need to beat City in all three scenarios to try and keep them at arms length…
    H) Liverpool-Aston Villa 3 points
    (A) Southampton-Liverpool 3 points
    (H) Liverpool-Manchester City 3 points
    (A) Newcastle United-Liverpool 1 point
    (H) Liverpool-Fulham 1 point
    (A) Tottenham Hotspur-Liverpool 3 points
    (H) Liverpool-Leicester City 3 points
    (A) West Ham United-Liverpool
    (H) Liverpool- Manchester United
    (A) Nottingham Forest-Liverpool

So we are 7 games in and we are on 17 points, the most we can get at this point is 26 which as I said in my forecast, would be amazing…

Realistically, 26 maximum is very attainable but given our recent bad habit of conceding first, I can genuinely see us potentially dropping another couple of points in one of our next 3 games.

Whilst the away games at West Ham and Forest are tricky, its the home game against Utd that has me most concerned as its one of those games that form usually goes out of the window…

Hey ho, fingers crossed Arne manages to pull more rabbits out of the hat and we just go on to achieve a maximum 26 points without any dramas… 😎

This season must be slowly killing the F$G OUT mob. Eating them up inside.

    Go on the Reds.

I love how Slot has this team playing and the results are unreal. Still a long way to go.

It's slow and painful for the F$G OUT mob though.

Nope they still need to go.

Especially when we lose salah vvd and trent on frees....

What's FSG done for us this season? Bring in the season changing Chiesa?

Yea but Kev - on the flip side. Henry alone increased his personal wealth by almost Ł900.000.000 this year alone.

Madly, that’s 3 times as much as FSG have invested in total in Liverpool FC…

    So swings and roundabouts.

Really happy for boy Henry, he’s worked hard and it’s a short career.
