The non-sending off and non-red card/second yellow card is going to be a talking point and convenient scapegoat to paper over the cracks and hide the fact that we played like shite in this game.
Slot has a lot of questions to answer with his decision-making and what subs he brought on (the ones he wasn't forced to make) and what players he let stay on despite their crap performances (looking at you, Jones)
I'd find it very strange to be celebrating a 1-0 victory the way they are today, against a team you know can score against you and going back to their place for the return leg, but I guess that's where Spurs are today.

So you think we've been great in the last few games (zero wins 8 goals conceded in the last four games) do you? Do you also think our limited squad (only numpties truly thought we had a squad as good as was being touted) will be able to play 'winning football' between now and the end of the season? Or do you think that the way things are looking we'll drop off just like we did last season and our squad will be stretched beyond breaking point?
I'd like to think that those with at least one semi functioning eye can see that 'the way things are currently looking' there's a good chance the latter could occur, or maybe it is already occurring.
Better to be a sensible queen than a court jester who gets his rocks off by insulting people.
Not sure what Smith was talking about saying the first one wasn't a foul. Diaz was past him so why the fuck would he go down. It was a cynical foul and a yellow card for sure. The second was a nailed on yellow too.
Not an excuse for what was a poor show from almost all of them.
Endo was surprisingly comfortable there so that's a plus point atleast.
Hopefully most of the get stood down for Sunday. Grav and Mac do not need to be playing in that game, same for Mo and Virgil.

Allison is too slow to transfer the ball into attack. Loves being clever but the ball comes out slower. Kelleher by passes the high press better
