Thought Harvey Elliot had a poor game. Perhaps he's trying to put Dortmund off coming in for him this window.
Endo, and Jota (fist half) I thought were our best players. (Oh and er Trent)

Good result, performance ok and great opportunity for certain players to get minutes in their legs..

Kelleher, faultless but tbf didn't really have a save to make..

Trent was just Trent in 2nd gear, World class finish though…

Quansah got better as the game progressed, just needs regular game time to get back to his form of last season..

Endo was really good, absolute solid as a rock in an unfamiliar position…

Tsimikas…. well what can I say that I have not said before, he is without doubt our weakest link, even against lesser opposition every aspect of his game is just so poor, if I was the Accrington Manager i would have targeted him for the duration…. sorry he needs to go asap

Ngumoha, what a talent he looks…so comfortable on the ball Accrington doubled up on him because of his threat, some debut at such a young age, definitely an exciting one for the future…

Morton, steady game but like Quansah needs to be playing regularly if you want to to see the best of him..

Szobo.. looked really good, these minutes in his legs after missing the last three through illness will certainly stand him in good stead for Tuesday….

Elliot… looked off it for me, but tbf a typical performance of someone who has missed too many games of late and so physically just not there yet, steady enough but trying to be too clever at times, when an easier pass was on…

Jota, like Trent, just being Jota always posed a threat and made good decisions mos5 of the time, fitness wise looks about80% but scored so all good..

Nunez, oh my days… the less said the better, apart from the easy assist for Jota he did nothing and should have scored that sitter of a chance in the first half, instead he does what Nunez does and rushes his finish when he had all the time in the World and just spoons it over the bar from 10 yards… like Tsimikas… he is done and he just needs to go…

Thought Chiesa’s cameo was very encouraging, he hits the post, gets an assist, scored a good goal and could have scored another couple with a bit more luck… clearly needs minutes to get truly match fit and sharp, but a really good option off the bench …. fingers crossed he gets his chances going forward…

Bradley looks the business as always..

All in all a good day at the office and the bonus is most of our key players all got the rest required prior to the pivotal big league game on Tuesday away at Forest…

    Happy days..

I didn't think Tsimikas was that bad, he actually played pretty well first half I thought.
Agree about Nunez though. It's a shame but it really is just a matter of time.

well according to the "stats" Elliot was one if not the best player on the pitch today... Only thing that lets him down is lack of end product.. he needs to sort it. or wont be a starter or may end up leaving

Not as fast as Usain Bolt. Maybe that’s the requirement that you and ‘another’ need

Rio is more than quick enough however and has the quickest feet you will see on the circuit.
