Jota back in training. Back for one game then out for 6.

Potential fixture move, if we beat Spurs to make the carabao final the Villa game will be played in wednesday february 19th at 19.30.

No rest week which would have been nice. Personally not arsed at all if we don't go through, to be honest I'd rather we don't. I know that sounds sacrilegious but I'd rather they have that rest week.

Edited due to a disgusting amount of spelling errors cos of this fucking phone.

Not only does that help our Champion's League campaign, but it may give us a margin in the League as well.

Unless fixtures change, Man City will be away at the Bernabeu on the 18th of February prior to our big League clash on the 23rd, whereas we will be playing Wolves on the 16th.

Guarantees absolutely nothing but a little boost all the same.

Couldn't be more right about jota, it's a joke, time to leave I think if we get a good offer from Saudi his body obviously can't cope with the prem anymore.

great when fit, but we don't have the money or funds to have players that are injured most of the time and choice of 100 other players

Same price sale, who you keeping Nunez or Jota? thing is I don't trust FSG to bring a new striker, but surely they would? they could think we have a few players that play there so fuck it.

Normally jota would be a easy choice, BUT because he's always out, that has a big effect on my decision, I'd keep nunez because he does create space for others, and is a brute and sometimes can finish too, sometimes..

Not sure what it was, I must have misread or misinterpreted it.

Suspect I'll be in the minority on this, but if forced, I'd sell Jota and keep Núñez.

    - Núñez's speed is handy for certain situations
    - Núñez is available much more often
    - Núñez will be 26 in the Summer, where Jota will be 29 in December

Jota is the more tactically astute player and more trustworthy within the box if you want a clinical finish, but availability is a big thing.

Jota as an excellent scoring record.. Nunez doesn't.

    Jota's is superior, yes.

Roughly 178 minutes per goal in the League versus Núñez's roughly 189 minutes per goal in the League.

For some, seemingly including yourself, that will be enough to counter the disparity in age and availability - which is grand.

I'll personally always lean towards the younger and less injury-prone player.
