The squad is perfect, we don’t need anyone.

Plenty of top players out there that are not blessed with super pace - his touch is levels above Grealish. Grealish and Engerland player / not top level at all imo.

City sign Gonzalez and spend a total of 180mil this month. More than all other clubs combined.

not sure the point, guessing champions league place important for them, and they are worried about not getting it without splashing the cash

More than likely that and maybe they realise the whole midfield needs replacing, like we had to. So they get 1 in now and maybe another in summer. Just getting ahead of next season and trying to secure top 4 as you say.

Own fault they really fucked up in the summer, I was amazed at it then.... why bring a 33 year old back?

Then rodri got injured, game over.

A guy on the radio sounded like he was shilling for Man City. He basically said that he was a glass half full rather than a glass half empty kind of guy and that he expects a deal to be made between Man City and the PL so that they get a massive fine and potentially no points deduction, or at least not a 'significant' one.

I'm not sure if it was him or a different pleb, but when asked who have been the winners and losers in the transfer window not only did he not mention Man City as being one of the 'winners', but he also tried to argue that we are one of the winners because the three amigos are still at the club.

If he is shilling for both clubs all I'll say is that he must be doing quite nicely for himself.
