Is this anything to do with the 115 charges?

Not really - but it seems the same stumbling block stands in the way every time.

Things are either ‘time barred’, the motions said to have no jurisdiction or declared void. 😜

Some things are simply above the laws altogether. On the 115 charges - something will happen BUT the question is what diluted and meaningless punishment with they end up actually facing?

Last year, an independent arbitration panel found against aspects of the league's Associated Party Transaction regulations (APTs) after a lawsuit instigated by Manchester City.

The rules were formed by the Premier League to prevent clubs from profiting from commercial deals with companies linked to their owners that are deemed above "fair market value".

In November, the Premier League voted through amendments to the rules despite opposition from Newcastle, Nottingham Forest and Aston Villa, as well as City.

Friday's ruling is not in judgement of the November amendments which still stand but are the subject of a legal challenge.

This decision is a huge blow to the Premier League and effectively it means their APT rules up to November 2024 were unenforceable.

Any club who had a case heard under their rules is now in a position where they could launch a damages claim.

One source has suggested this could make the Premier League – and effectively therefore its clubs – liable for tens of millions of pounds.

This will also put a focus on chief executive Richard Masters, who confirmed the changes in November despite being cautioned against implementing them by City and Aston Villa amongst others.
I would imagine that clubs/teams who have had points deducted, should have them reinstated.
    Bit of a shitstorm.
Jizzers will have the 115 charges brushed under the carpet. Surprise, Surprise.

Over 33 thousand fans attended the Dublin Derby at the Aviva between Bohomians and Shamrock Rovers. That's an amazing number of fans and brilliant to see local football down south thriving. Up "north" attendances are improving but no where near them numbers.

If Gerrard hasn’t got a statue then no player other than maybe Kenny should have a statue. And with Kenny it’s about far more than being a player

Good point, but I mean salah has won more right? but I know gerrard was a local lad, are hero, are captain, are saviour, imagine if the team didn't have him come up through the ranks, where we'd be at, at the time... if only another gerrard or appeared... one in a million mind, probably won't happen again for 100 years.

it's so sad gerrard had to play with some very poor players thanks to the ex-even better yank owners, and didn't win the league

It just seems most recent "legends" never get a mention - will this change in 20-40 years time?

Suarez has already been forgotten about, and he's best striker we've had since i can remember, i'm not that old to remember that far back in history.
