I'd like to think those who despise this early victory parade malarkey, would also be fully of the opinion the league is not done if we are trailing the leaders by 8 or 11 points with 11 games to play.

Over the last 6 games, only Everton have matched our points tally. 7 of our last 11 pl games are at home.

Almost as much of one as someone who declared the title race as 'over'.... were their team 8 points behind at the same stage.

In January of '82 we were 8 points behind Ispwich and Ipswich had played a game less.. So a chance for 11 points behind on the same games played.. As mentioned we won the title.

The reality is - with this many games to go and a cup final v the Toon.. - up next at Anfield in the league...and hopefully more than just 2 CL games V PSG....it is the behaviour of a fool to be talking about victory parades.

It's almost like you want us to fail sometimes the way you bang on about how every game is tough how we're gonna drop pts etcetc always dooming it, yet here we are, siill going, still looking good.

Keep thinking the worst and being dissapointed and don't enjoy it =)

I'm a bit doomin the CL tie, because they'll rape trent, but i'd be happy with the league.
