Let's be honest these 2 was always very much likely to sign on... shouldn't have took so long but is what it is.
even FSG aren't that stupid without these 2 we'd be fucked replacing trent and working on other areas in squad.... and then replacing salah and vvd somehow all in one window ? we'd be fucked
probably end up with doak on the right wing next season if that happened or players out of place.
I genuinely think there is half a chance that the 3rd Amigo still might re-sign.
Something, Something, Something, Dark Side
After watching Real Madrid’s complete lack of class on and off field last night as they were losing and eventually lost, Trent might need to reconsider his future too.
I think the Sales pitch of Real Madrid doesn’t really match up to the reality… a team full of entitled pricks if you ask me, including Bellingham, his behaviour towards his fellow England teammates left a lot to be desired too.
If Trent sees that and still wants to be a part of that spoilt entitled way of thinking and behaving, maybe they both actually deserve each other…
But yes fucking great news on the VVD front, hopefully they can now start playing like deserved champions rather than a team that has lost all sense of belief and confidence ..🤞
Trent finaally cnmouncing that he is leaving.
So we got 2 out of 3.
Breaking: Trent Alexander-Arnold announces that he will leave Liverpool when his contract expires at the end of the season. Will bring to an end his 20-year association with boyhood club. Set to join Real Madrid on long-term contract from July 1.
“This is easily the hardest decision I’ve ever made in my life. I know many of you have wondered why or been frustrated that I haven’t spoken about this yet, but it was always my intention to keep my full focus on the team’s best interests, which was securing No.20.
“This club has been my whole life – my whole world - for 20 years. From the Academy right through until now, the support and love I have felt from everyone inside and outside of the club will stay with me forever. I will forever be in debt to you all.
“But, I have never known anything else and this decision is about experiencing a new challenge, taking myself out of my comfort zone and pushing myself both professionally and personally.
“I’ve given my all every single day I’ve been at this club, and I hope you feel like I’ve given back to you during my time here.
“From the bottom of my heart, I thank everybody – my coaches, my managers, my teammates, the staff and our incredible supporters - for the last 20 years.
“I’ve been blessed enough to live out my dreams here and I will never, ever take for granted the special moments I’ve been fortunate enough to have lived through with you all. My love for this club will never die.”
