Not sure why bastoni & Martinez stick around.... inter did very well just to get to final, some of them players wouldn't get a game for utd, especially the ex-prem players, maybe bot 3 relegation fodder.

Bit of a trivial question..Free from Desire. Did we start that, playing it after winning a trophy? I seem to remember us dancing to it at wembley years ago. Now it seems de rigeur at the end of every final.

If you are gonna beat the likes of PSG in this form. you can't play a normal 4/3/3.. I see Inter played 3 at the back, thats too negative.. You need to play a 4/5/1 formation...and the forward is a false 9 as well.. you really need to get control of the midfield. and its up to your wide men to get into the box and your midfield to get in behind them..
Slot didnt make many errors this season. but the choice of Jota who can't play up on his own at any time. didnt have the quickness to close the ball up the pitch. so he became redundant in the PSG games..

We lost on pens to this PSG side, hitting the post in the closing stages.
Now, while over all they were the better team, we were nowhere near our best when we played them and we look to be massively improving the squad.
I am pretty sure we will be better next time we play them, sure we’ll give them a much better game than Inter did.
