Nothing wrong with a bit of emotion.

A long time waiting to see the trophy being lifted in front of fans rather than in an empty stadium.

Quite ridiculous how good the red ribbons with white text look on it.

    Yup, soppy twat.
I was there at the parade with my (30 year old) son. On the Strand.
Fucking amazing atmosphere. Believe some more of us off the forum were there.
Did any of you see the singer/guitarist belting out the songs not long before the bus arrived?
Me and my son were stood opposite the balcony where that happened. Bouncing.
One of the best days of my life.

    Until the other, of course.

Yep I was there with my 32 year old lad. We were at the other end of the Strand as we’d been drinking beer, singing and bouncing in the Bierkeller since 1pm.

I hope everyone that went to the last game orthe parade had a great time, the world was watching and we put on a spectacular event. Could Virgil get any more cool ?
Just a pity the way the day ended thankfully no one was killed.
As for next season our transfer business looks to be taking shape and the others will have their work cut out knocking us off our perch again.

A performance of Champions, a game for the ages that will be watched again and again over the years both for the significance of the result and the performance on the day.

    And what a day ….

That's the Day/game when I really believed we were going to win it.
